Agenda

“Building the Entrepreneurial Nonprofit” allowed executive directors, board members, senior staff and donors to discuss the leadership implications of the pressures on nonprofit organizations to become “more business like” and to earn more of their income from commercial activities. Participants explored a broad range of strategic and management considerations critical to mastering the opportunities and challenges facing entrepreneurial nonprofits. Supporters and observers of the not-for-profit sector benefited from a comprehensive introduction to a range of approaches for designing and delivering income-generating programs and services.
