Ruby has a broad background
in not-for-profit management, leadership development and resource development
and brings over fifteen years of experience. She is an active lecturer
and trainer on topics of board governance, leadership development, and
diversity in the non-profit community and fundraising. Her work has
centered on attracting strong volunteer leadership for organizations.
She has worked with organizations, companies and individuals to help
them hone and refine their skills, gifts and talents so that they come
together to meet the needs of the organization, the individual and the
project at hand. So often a successful project is built on the people
talent it can attract. She has worked extensively in capital campaign
planning and management, major gifts facilitation, leadership development
and organizational development. She is principal of two firms. Love
Resource Development Group, Inc. (LRDG, Inc.) providing fundraising
and diversity management services and Catapult Community Developers
providing real estate development services to the not-for-profit community.
