Conference Speakers
|
The High Performing Nonprofit Conference brings executive directors, board members, senior staff and donors together to discuss what changes really make a difference in the quality of a nonprofit’s performance. The workshop will examine the latest research and the “best practices” for achieving excellence. It will examine improving nonprofit governance, attracting and developing quality staff, using the “balanced scorecard” to manage and evaluate agency performance, shifting from strategic to business planning, creating cultural competence, and changing the external environment in which nonprofits operate. Discussions will feature ideas useful to small as well as large agencies.
