Bud CrouchBud Crouch

The Eighth Annual Nonprofit Leadership Conference proudly presented leading consultant, Bud Crouch to facilitate this focused two day seminar on knowledge based strategic governance. Bud Crouch is a Principal Partner of Tecker Consultants, L.L.C. and president of Innovations Plus. He is a leading authority who focuses on enhancing the ability of not-for-profit, for-profit and public organizations to manage through change and develop key paths to excellence. He utilizes the most successful approaches in assisting organizations to solve complex problems and attain new and successful outcomes.

He has developed and instructed several programs for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) including its Leadership Development Program and a one-day Symposium of Chief Elected and Chief Staff Officers, entitled Leading Together. He also co-instructs ASAE's two-day Symposium for Chief Elected and Chief Staff Officers and has served on ASAE's Education Committee.

He has assisted a large number of noteworthy clients in planning strategically and knowledge-based strategic governance, including such diverse organizations as the American Dental Association, the Big Ten Athletic Conference, the American Veterinary Medical Association, The Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the American Bar Association, and for profit companies such as Morgan Foods, AT&T and CIGNA. He has been distinguished in providing expertise in planning strategically, knowledge-based strategic governance, mergers and unification, infrastructure reshaping, leadership development and assessment, tailored services, and as having highly effective facilitation skills and the ability to achieve identified group outcomes.

Bud Crouch has 20 years of management experience with AT&T and 15 years of consulting experience. He has a BA degree in Psychology from the University of California and an MS degree from American Center for Professional Development at American University. He is certified in a number of climate, interpersonal, and other organizational and leadership instruments.
