David S. Harrison is
a senior lecturer at the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs
and was founder and former executive director of the Northwest
Policy Center as well as former director of The Forum at the Evans
School. As a consultant, he has planned, facilitated and carried
out several intergovernmental projects under the auspices of the
Puget Sound Regional Council and other local and state agencies.
He has served as Executive Director of the Northeast-Midwest Institute
(providing policy counsel to members of Congress from the Rust
Belt), an aide to Michigan Governor William Milliken, and as a
member of the Bainbridge Island School Board.
